- Monitor project status and timely reporting on all aspects to various stake holders.
- Schedule management, task assignment and deadline checks through the project development cycle.
- Track progress on implementation of best practices, processes and standards/ tools.
- Enable effective communication between various stake holders (developer, tester, project manager and client).
