- We are looking for smart, confident and Experienced Female candidate for CRM Role
- Coordinating with Sales team for following up on status of leads generated
- Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or chats.
- handle complete process and documentation after sales.
- Handle incoming queries through emails & calls
- Responsible for customer documentation such as Welcome Letters, Allotment Letters etc.
- Sending Demand letters, Reminders, Cancellation Letters, Payment Receipts and customers dealing, all back office activities, to maintain sales record & customer details, refunds, cancellations of property
- Follow-up on existing customer with respect to offers made, agreements/contracts preparation, documentation, payment schedule
- Coordination and follow-up with team for possession related queries.
- Maintain and update database of new & existing clients.
- Good Communication skills ( Both Oral and written)
