Urgent Hiring for Import Executive
Profile - Import Executive
Salary - 30K
Location - Moti Nagar, Delhi
Industry - Manufacturer
Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 3 to 6 year
Note - Only Female candidate can apply.
To arrange all activities regarding import logistics, documentations & delivery up to final premises.
Knowledge and experience of Import admins.
Control air/sea freight charge for import & export, control booking sea/air shipment to assure in-time schedule for import shipments
Examine the customs documents before the Director to sign
Making report of import - export goods every month
Solving problems arising in activities related to import and export
Co-ordinating with CHA, Customs, Forwarders, and transporters to have better economic and fast movement of cargo and documents for both imports and exports.
Keeping the track of import consignments right from shipment to custom clearance.
Arranging Freight Forwarders for our all consignments from abroad on competitive rates
Communicating with overseas vendors/parties.
Regular follow-up with buyer on Order status.
Searching & Procurement of products
